Job Title: Line Cook

Join The Bombay Grill, Fine Indian Cuisine team as a Line Cook and be part of our dynamic kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and meet customer demands.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining inventory and records.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
