Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at The Bombay Grill, Fine Indian Cuisine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
  • Develop and implement menus and recipes
  • Source and purchase high-quality ingredients
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Monitor and control food costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
