Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Techise. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring that their computer hardware and software issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
  • Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products and services
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, including operating systems, networking, and security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Associate Computing Professional (ACP) certification or equivalent
