Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will work in conjunction with the project team to oversee the design of a project, create work schedules and ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules
  • Working with project stakeholders to identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status reports and project metrics
  • Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and budgets
  • Supporting project managers in maintaining project plans, project schedules, and project budgets
  • Facilitating project team meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes

Qualifications and Education Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or document control
  • Solid understanding of architectural design theories and an understanding of construction drawings
  • Office 365 proficiency, including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with contract admin software, such as Procore
  • Bluebeam experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • A team player attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others
