Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager Intern to join our Commercial Financial Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and delivering top-tier financial advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply your business development experience to prospect and lead generate new and existing clients
  • Review financial statements to identify trends, monitor risk, and assess credit restructuring
  • Provide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice
  • Leverage the expertise of RBC to identify referral opportunities and make introductions
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy
  • Champion digital enablement by promoting the use of RBC's mobile application and wallet
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in commercial lending and previous banking experience in a relationship management role
  • A post-secondary diploma/degree in commerce or business administration, or related experience
  • Demonstrated success in a business development role, especially with respect to the acquisition of new clients, prospecting, and cold calling
  • Financial statement review and computer modeling and analysis experience
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology
