Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned procurement professional to lead our Field Construction and Engineering services category. As a Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and enhance overall business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Contract Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop sourcing documents, lead RFx processes, and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
  • Category Management: Manage and coordinate activities related to Field Construction and Engineering services, including spend analysis, market research, and benchmarking studies.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring they meet ENMAX's quality standards and delivery expectations.
  • Business Analysis and Reporting: Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on procurement trends, supplier performance, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A University degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFx, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $102,086.35 - $127,598.02, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Location and Work Arrangements

This role will be based in Calgary, AB, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes working from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
