Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Sud Forno. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Food Cost Management
Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure optimal profitability.
Culinary LeadershipDevelop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and excellence in food presentation and taste.
Supply Chain ManagementRequisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked and efficient kitchen environment.
Team ManagementLead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Work EnvironmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and hot kitchen environment.
Work SettingExperience working in a restaurant environment.
Cuisine SpecialtiesProficiency in Italian cuisine.
