Job Description

As a key member of the Desjardins team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the learning and development strategy for our organization. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating engaging and effective training programs that meet the needs of our employees and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Training Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Logistics and Delivery: Oversee the logistics of training delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Client and Partner Support: Collaborate with clients and partners to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years of relevant experience in instructional design, training development, or a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: Expert proficiency in both French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with bilingual-speaking partners, members, and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Storyline, Camtasia, or video editing software, as well as Microsoft Office 360 suite.
