Senior Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our Global Learning department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning experiences that drive business results.
About the Role:- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs and content that meet the needs of our global workforce.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and develop solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Utilize adult learning theory, performance consulting, and human-centered design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our learners' needs and preferences to ensure that our learning solutions are relevant and impactful.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technology.
- Post-secondary education in Adult Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, and performance consulting.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with learning management systems, authoring tools, and other learning technologies.
