Instructional Designer

About the Role:
The Learning and Development (L&D) Instructional Designer/Developer plays a key role in consulting, scoping, recommending, designing, and delivering high-quality, accessible, and blended learning and performance solutions. This role supports complex, high-visibility learning projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support advanced learning projects to deliver timely, impactful solutions that drive business metrics.
• Collaborate with Course Owners and subject matter experts to gather content knowledge, identify performance gaps, and develop solutions within deadlines.
• Design and develop engaging, interactive blended learning solutions to achieve learning objectives, aligning with client brand, accessibility standards, and diversity and inclusion principles.
Requirements:
• 5+ years as an Instructional Designer/Developer.
• Education in Instructional Design or Adult Learning.
• 2+ years in evaluation, measurement, or business analysis.
• Proficiency in survey and assessment design, with knowledge of Question Design best practices.
• Experience with WCAG 2.2 and testing via Freedom Scientific JAWS Screen Reader.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Articulate 360, and Vyond.
