Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Eastern Canada. As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with experience in developing and implementing quality procedures and protocols. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure that quality standards are being met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality standards are being met.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality management.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management, with a strong background in developing and implementing quality procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in quality management, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Working Conditions:
  • Required to work in a office environment, with occasional travel to customer and supplier sites.
  • Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials.
  • Commonly exposed to walking on slippery or uneven surfaces.
  • Occasionally required to work in noisy/loud working environments.
