Job Summary

CHAHAL BROS TRANSPORT is seeking a highly organized and team-oriented Truck Driver Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth delivery of goods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and coordinating activities to meet production and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate daily activities of the transportation team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Prepare and Monitor Reports to track production and safety metrics.
  • Train and Develop team members to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed at all times.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
