This exciting role as a Global Customer Success Specialist at Cision Global offers an exceptional opportunity to grow and develop your skills in project management, technical support, and customer service.
About the RoleAs a key member of our global team, you will thrive in an environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and creativity. You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences, driving product growth, and building strong relationships with clients based outside of Quebec.
Responsibilities- Project Management: Plan, organize, and direct project completion in a timely fashion, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Research: Identify client goals and conduct research on brands, competitors, and industries to provide expert recommendations for platform setup and best practices.
- News Search Development: Build comprehensive and accurate news searches using Boolean logic, empowering clients with tailored solutions.
- Training and Support: Deliver platform training, workflow recommendations, and strategic guidance through phone and web conference calls, guaranteeing successful client outcomes.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain thorough documentation and organization in Salesforce, ensuring transparent internal communication and project progress updates.
- Collaboration and Feedback: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive product growth by sharing valuable client feedback.
- Customer Trust and Service: Foster long-term customer trust and deliver high-quality service, addressing their needs and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS companies, where you have successfully built relationships and managed customer portfolios.
- Skills: Excellent customer-facing communication and project management skills, along with solid customer success management experience and a deep understanding of retention strategies in B2B SaaS subscription businesses.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is required, as weekly interactions with international colleagues and clients necessitate advanced language skills.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Cision Global offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
