Pizza Pizza is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurants. This includes supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, requisitioning food and kitchen supplies, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules
  • Requisition Food and Kitchen Supplies
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff
  • Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures
  • Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation
  • Hire Food Service Staff
  • Ensure Food and Service Meet Quality Control Standards
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns
  • Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage
  • Prepare and Submit Reports
Requirements
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Food Service Management
  • College, CEGEP, or Equivalent Education
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
