Job Summary:

Wellspring Cancer Support Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing designated programs, including recruitment, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and develop professional and volunteer program leadership
  • Monitor program performance and address concerns as they arise
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and identify gaps in programming
  • Manage stakeholder relations with partnered programs
  • Acquire required supplies and equipment
  • Host and oversee data collection

Requirements:

  • University degree in social work, social services, health administration, child life, or a related field
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
