Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Road Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Webber, LLC. As a key member of our infrastructure maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadways and other infrastructure assets.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance principles and practices. You will be working closely with our operations team to identify and address maintenance needs, develop and implement maintenance plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair of Roadways and Infrastructure Assets

You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our roadways and other infrastructure assets, including bridges, tunnels, and other structures.

Safe Maintenance of Traffic

You will be responsible for setting up and removing traffic control devices, including cones, message boards, and temporary signage, to ensure safe maintenance of traffic.

Equipment Operation and Maintenance

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of equipment, including trucks, trailers, and specialized vehicles, to support maintenance and repair activities.

Vegetation Management

You will be responsible for managing vegetation growth and appearance on our roadways and other infrastructure assets, including mowing, trimming, and spraying.

Sign and Guardrail Maintenance

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing signs and guardrails on our roadways and other infrastructure assets.

Emergency Response

You will be required to respond to emergency situations, including inclement weather events, to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of our roadways and other infrastructure assets.

Collaboration and Communication

You will be working closely with our operations team, including supervisors, crew members, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Compliance and Regulatory Requirements

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including safety protocols, environmental regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and one year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair is preferred.

Skills and Abilities

You will need to possess a strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications and Licenses

A valid driver's license and a good driving record are required, and CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, electrical and welding certifications are highly desirable.


Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to traffic, weather conditions, and other hazards. You will need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted and work at heights. Ability to pass fit test for respirator as required.
