Road Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Road Maintenance Technician to join our Infrastructure Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing roads and other infrastructure assets to ensure they are safe and functional.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on roads, bridges, and other infrastructure assets.
- Operate heavy equipment such as trucks, excavators, and cranes to perform maintenance and repairs.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and develop plans to address them.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure that maintenance and repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience in infrastructure maintenance and repair preferred.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
- CDL, DOT/MTO certifications, and electrical and welding certifications highly desirable.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to traffic and outdoor weather conditions. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights. Ability to pass fit test for respirator as required.
