Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at DAYS INN BRAMPTON. As a key member of our hotel management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Hotel Staff: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of our hotel staff, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Manage Hotel Operations: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, including managing our front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage departments.
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Maintain Hotel Standards: You will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of our hotel, including ensuring that our rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
