Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel's financial performance, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel performance and profitability
- Lead and manage a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Manage hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth and market share
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure hotel operations are running efficiently and effectively
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a full-service branded property
- Strong knowledge of revenue management systems and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
