About the Role

As a Sales Representative at Westburne, you will play a key role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively service our existing customer base while identifying opportunities to expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through order entry and fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Quote Management: Expedite quotations, including follow-up on customer requests, to ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Sales Development: Develop your skills in sales and product knowledge to effectively promote Westburne's electrical supply solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales and technical teams to support and grow the customer base.
  • Sales Promotion: Make outbound calls to promote sales objectives and secure orders, consistently ensuring a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills.
  • Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.
