The Role

This Pharmacist position plays a vital role in providing expert advice and support to customers on medication management and health-related queries. You will be working closely with our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on medication management and health-related queries to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new services and initiatives to improve customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the relevant provincial regulatory body
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
