Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at H&H Family and Foods Ltd. O/A Edo Japan. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory decisions.
- Quality Control
- Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen operations, inventory, and quality control to management.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physically demanding with standing for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities
- Client focus and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with initiative and dependability.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The language of work is English.
