Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to meet production schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Train new staff members on kitchen procedures, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory management and ordering of ingredients and supplies.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Prepare and submit reports on kitchen performance and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
