Job Description:

This seasonal role will work closely with the Agriculture department at Nortera's facilities in Ingersoll and Strathroy. As an Agricultural Field Specialist, you will be responsible for vegetable field scouting and monitoring, conducting field and pre-harvest assessments, and assisting with statistical comparison of results using Agriculture Systems.

You will also be responsible for identifying and monitoring weeds, insects, and disease, as well as providing input on crop management strategies to ensure optimal yields and quality.

About the Role:
  • Seasonal employment opportunity

  • Data entry and analysis using Agriculture Systems
  • Weed, insect, and disease monitoring
Your Profile:
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • G license and clean driving abstract required
