Key Responsibilities

Liaise between studio floor and production control room to ensure seamless execution of live and taped productions.

Prepare and ready on-camera personnel for productions, ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

Assist on-air talent as required while in studio or on-location, providing support and guidance as needed.

Coordinate studio activities as required by the control room director in a live or tape studio situation, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years experience in a television production and post-production environment.

Demonstrate initiative and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of success in a team environment.

Ability to establish and maintain a positive team environment, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.

Degree or diploma in Broadcasting, with a strong understanding of the aesthetics and program flow.

Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
