About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Installation Foreman/Woman to join our team at Advanced Computers. As a key member of our construction and maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of our computer systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Resource Management: Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets quality standards and is completed to the required specifications.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and healthy environment, and that all necessary safety protocols are followed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, management, and clients to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position that requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will be able to distinguish between colors and work in a fast-paced environment. Manual dexterity and physical demands are required for this role.
