We are seeking an experienced Installation Foreman/Woman to join our team at Advanced Computers. As a key member of our construction and maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including costs, materials, and timelines.
- Material Procurement: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all work is conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in construction and maintenance.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 37.5-hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity and the ability to work under pressure.
