We are seeking an experienced Installation Foreman/Woman to join our team at Advanced Computers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of our products and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the installation of our products, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our installation team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Resource Management: Co-ordinate and schedule the use of company resources, including equipment and personnel.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and arrange for training to be provided to team members as required.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all installations meet our quality standards and that any issues are addressed promptly.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all installations are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the installation industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
