Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule the distribution of goods and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to facilitate the receipt and processing of goods.
  • Inventory Verification: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Record-Keeping: Maintain an internal record-keeping system to track inventory levels, shipments, and other relevant data.
  • Shortages and Damages: Record shortages and reject damaged goods to prevent inventory discrepancies.
  • Packing and Unpacking: Pack goods to be shipped and unpack goods received to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient handling.
  • Payment and Reconciliation: Process payments for goods received and reconcile inventory records to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in inventory control software, MS Excel, and other relevant tools.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a permanent work term and 30-40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
