We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Precision Workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, materials, and equipment in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics processes to meet business needs
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or related field an asset
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Repetitive tasks and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Regular attendance and punctuality required

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, RRSP matching, and paid time off.
