Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Account Representative to join our mid-career team at MT Talent. This hybrid role offers a steady and rewarding career path with full benefits starting on Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer and manufacturer data with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional level 1 customer support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and products, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
  • Support operations and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of our team.
  • Act as a backup to the Director of Customer Service, providing coverage and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or customer service, with a strong background in order management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong connections with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency with technology and systems, including [insert relevant software or tools].
  • Bilingual in French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
