Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process orders, expedites, and customer requests accurately and efficiently.
  • Organize workload to prioritize high-priority and rush items.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Manage orders daily through phone, EDI, and email.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide tracking information on shipments as required.
  • Coordinate rush orders with Production and Shipping.
  • Assist Inside Sales to expedite orders as necessary.
  • Issue Return Good Authorizations to determine quality issues and process next steps.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Good math and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure call center environment.
  • Positive and friendly phone manner.
  • High level of empathy to identify customer concerns and convert them into a positive experience.
