Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health and Social Services Aide. In this role, you will work closely with clients and their families to provide support and assistance with daily activities and domestic tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes or in a group home setting
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help with household chores and meal preparation
  • Support clients with disabilities in performing daily tasks
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
