Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced food service environment, interacting with customers and staff.
