We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor, Food Services to join our team at Real Fruit Bubble Tea INC.
Job Summary:The Supervisor, Food Services will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, hiring food service staff, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Establish work schedules
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
The Supervisor, Food Services will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of staff who prepare and portion food. The successful candidate will be required to work in a noisy and wet/damp environment, and will be expected to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation.
