Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1003155 Ontario Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Supervision:

You will be supervising food service counter attendants and food preparers.
