Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tasty Shawarma & Kabob Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • High school graduation certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
Working Conditions:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The position requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the ability to work under pressure.
