Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and performance monitoring
  • Hire, train, and develop a team of retail experts to provide exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and sales techniques
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business results

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the ski industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; business area training or education preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, multitask, and manage multiple customers
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
