Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist

Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. is a market leader in providing complete automation solutions to various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Acquisition and Onboarding to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring targets are met.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to complete the Hiring Intake process.
- Coordinate job requirements and update job descriptions/job advertisements accordingly.
- Post job advertisements on public job boards and update job postings on our company website.
- Screen resumes for all open positions.
- Conduct first-round interviews for various positions.
- Coordinate career fairs and information sessions at universities and colleges.
- Develop and update procedure documents related to recruitment processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
- Perform administrative tasks related to the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Onboarding Program:
- Lead the new hire onboarding process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new employees on their first day.
- Meet with new hires during their 1-month follow-up to discuss their integration into Lakeside.
- Coordinate the Onboarding Week presentation series.
- Provide suggestions for improvements for future Onboarding Week series.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Monitor HR inboxes.
- Take meeting minutes for HR team meetings.
- Develop surveys.
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Scan and photocopy documents.
- Filing documents into employee folders.
- Research best practices for HR programs and initiatives.
- Assist with other projects as assigned.
- University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR administrative support experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PDF Exchange).
- Professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
