Job Summary

Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. is a leading provider of automation solutions to various industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator – Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring targets are met and candidates are sourced through various channels.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to complete the hiring intake process and update job descriptions/job advertisements accordingly.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to post job advertisements on public job boards and update job postings on the company website.
    • Screen resumes for all open positions and conduct first-round interviews for various positions.
    • Coordinate career fairs and information sessions at universities and colleges.
    • Develop and maintain procedure documents related to recruitment processes.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Onboarding Program:
    • Lead the new hire onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for new employees on their first day and provide a comprehensive overview of the company.
    • Meet with new hires during their one-month follow-up to discuss their integration into the company.
    • Coordinate the onboarding week presentation series, providing an overview of the company's industry, structure, and operations.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Monitor HR inboxes and respond to employee inquiries.
    • Take meeting minutes for all HR team meetings.
    • Develop and distribute surveys to gather feedback from employees.
    • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution.
    • Perform administrative tasks, including scanning and photocopying documents, and filing documents into employee folders.
    • Research best practices and new methods for improving HR programs and initiatives.
    Requirements
    • University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
    • One to three years of HR administrative support experience.
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PDF Exchange).
    • Professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Well-organized and attentive to detail.
    • Strong ability to multitask and time manage.
    • Well-developed communication skills (written and oral).
