We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Director - Financial Services to join our dynamic team As a key member of the Product Marketing group, you will play a critical role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies for our Financial Services portfolio.

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and improve funnel performance. You will work closely with our Product teams to optimize the onboarding experience for new merchants onto Lightspeed Payments and Capital.

To be successful, you will build relationships throughout the organization and interact with diverse stakeholders to help accelerate the launch and lifecycle management of key Payment and Capital features across all relevant products.

  • Analyze trends in adoption and usage of our Financial Services products to inform and define marketing programs.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and improve funnel performance.
  • Work closely with our Product teams to optimize the onboarding experience for new merchants onto Lightspeed Payments and Capital.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing, preferably with experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • A proven track record of driving growth and improving funnel performance through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
