As a Performance Marketing Specialist , you'll be joining a dynamic and high-performing team, working with some of the most exciting clients in the industry. What You'll Do

  • Support and execute the day-to-day operations of client campaigns across platforms.
  • Assist with campaign setups, QA, brand buildouts, and ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and act quickly on issues or opportunities that arise.
  • Participate in CRO activities like A/B testing, funnel analysis, and UX refinement.
  • Contribute to vendor management and coordination of special projects.
  • Maintain and improve internal SOPs to ensure executional excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging tools, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Represent Digital 6ix values in every interaction—internally and externally.

Bonus (but not required)

  • Exposure to performance marketing or CRO platforms.
  • Internship, freelance, or hands-on experience in digital marketing.
  • Experience managing projects
