Warehouse Supervisor Job Description at SHATEX MANUFACTURING CORP.

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure seamless operations.


**Requirements**
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
