Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

Upper Crust Bakery Express Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Warehouse Operations: Coordinate and supervise warehouse activities, including receiving, stocking, and shipping.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent performance.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse operations, and team performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
