Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Radouga Distilleries Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve sales strategies
  • Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to build relationships and generate leads
  • Conduct sales transactions and negotiate with clients to secure new business
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 sales and marketing professionals to ensure they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and bondability
