Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Radouga Distilleries Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve sales performance
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Represent the company at trade shows and events to build relationships with customers and partners
  • Conduct sales transactions and negotiate with customers to meet sales targets
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 people to ensure effective sales and marketing operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Basic security clearance and bondability
