Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Radouga Distilleries Inc. This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek.

Job Description:Education and Experience:

A Bachelor's degree and 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing are required. Equivalent experience will be considered.

Work Setting:

Relocation is a possibility for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities.
  • Develop and direct marketing strategies for our establishment.
  • Represent our company in international trade and commerce.
  • Conduct sales transactions and negotiate with clients.
Supervision:

This role will supervise 1 to 2 people.

Area of Specialization:

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on marketing and sales.

Specialization/Experience:
  • Negotiation and distribution skills are essential.
  • Basic security clearance and the ability to obtain a bond are required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and under pressure.
