Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at Radouga Distilleries Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and improve sales performance
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the spirits industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
