Job Title: QA Automation Analyst

About the Role:

The QA Automation Analyst will play a crucial role in developing and executing detailed test plans and test cases for both manual and automated tests. This includes designing, building, and maintaining automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jest, and Playwright. The successful candidate will also manage test environments and integrate tests into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline to streamline testing and deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing
  • Design, build, and maintain automation scripts using appropriate tools
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, particularly for new software features and integration work
  • Manage testing environments and integrate tests into the Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline
  • Analyze test results, document software defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a QA testing role with a strong emphasis on automated testing
  • Proficient with automation testing tools like Selenium, Cypress, Jest, and Playwright
  • Experience with CI/CD processes, Agile development, and version control systems such as Git
  • Detail-oriented problem-solver with strong organizational and communication skills
