About the Role

This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive health and safety management systems tailored to the hydropower project. You will conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective measures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive health and safety management system tailored to the hydropower project.
  • Conduct risk assessments and regular site inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead health and safety training programs for project staff and subcontractors to promote a safety-first culture.
  • Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.
